Sprint and Samsung in a joint press release have said that the mobile WiMAX network they have been working on has finally passed all necessary tests and is ready for commercial use. The networks in Washington D.C. and Baltimore have passed Sprint's "rigorous commercial acceptance criteria" with flying colors. The WiMAX network is scheduled to go live later this year. continued »
